Bell's Palsy treatment using EMS

Bell's Palsy is a form of peripheral neuropathy. It is a disorder involving sudden facial drooping and decreased facial movement. Bell's Palsy is caused by damage to cranial nerve VII. The cause of the damage is unknown, although it can be associated with inflammation of the facial nerve where it travels through the bones of the skull. It may also be caused by tumor, hypertension or head injury.

The symptoms of Bell's Palsy may include: face pulled to one side, facial paralysis, difficulty with eating/drinking, pain behind or in front of the ear, impairment of taste, sound sensitivity, headache, facial stiffness, and difficulty with facial expressions.
